Brainchild Startups is a one-person neurodivergent-led studio. Support for SHIFT and every other app here is answered by a human (the founder), usually within a day or two.

- Which app you're using
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- Your device (iPhone or Android) and app version if you know it
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. To cancel or request a refund, use your store's subscription settings. If something looks wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
